Before You Submit A Request:

Check whether the issue is something you can safely resolve yourself (e.g. replacing a light bulb, resetting a trip switch, bleeding a radiator).

If it’s an emergency (e.g. gas leak, serious water leak, no heating in winter, or property not secure), please call our Emergency Line: 07494805723 immediately.

For non-urgent matters, we’ll aim to respond within 24–48 hours during working days.
